Di is always helpful and willing to help me find work that fits around my availability and has a real knack for matching people to practices. I invoice practices directly which I much prefer to messing around with timesheets and effectively paying for a third party to do this work. As so many of us do stay with Di for a long time there is also a feeling of community; it's not unusual to work alongside another Locumotive vet or nurse in different practices and Di also organises social gatherings where we can catch up and exchange information. I wouldn't use another agency now.
